Group offers three different methods of paying accounts.
When discussing payment arrangements, one of the following
payment plans should be agreed upon between the patient or
account guarantor and us. These plans are listed below in
order of preference.
- Pay balance in full. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard
and Discover Card. For your convenience, the balance due
may be transferred to your bank card up to the unused
portion of your credit line. If you would like to do so,
please let us know and we will handle the transfer. We
are also able to take your payments over the phone if paying
by credit card or check.
- 90-day plan. The balance is divided by three equal payments
to be paid for three consecutive months. 90-day is "same
as cash", no interest and no set up fee.
- SAC (Same as Cash-OAC). 12 months same as cash no interest
and no set up fee. Minimum payment of $25 or 33% of the
monthly balance is due each month. All balances not paid
within the 12 months are subject to 18% finance fee from
origination. This option is on approved credit (OAC) basis
and administered through a financial institution.
If the balance on your account is not paid-in-full within
90 days upon receipt of your first billing statement, your
account will be transferred to our Account Billing Service
(ABS). There is a $20 origination fee assessed at the beginning
of this plan. You will set up an individual payment plan
with ABS and then be given a coupon book. There will be 12%
annual interest added to the account balance. Medicare patients
will not be charged the origination fee or the interest.
This option is administered through an outside institution.
We are unable to hold accounts for extended periods of time.
However, if you are unable to choose one of the options above,
one of our Patient Accounts Collection team members can review
other possible options with you. Please contact them at 463-3000.
